As we manage the buildings we develop ourselves via our Prime Student Living business, our approach is to take a holistic and long term view, from initially providing input from students to create desirable, fit for purpose concepts, to providing future recommendations and solutions to improve and/or develop assets further, to continue to maximise asset value. And with our extensive knowledge and experience we have become experts at ensuring the building is well preserved, maintained and secured, managing rental income and looking after residents to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
