Prime Student Living was created in 2008 specifically to manage and let student accommodation.  Prime Student Living adopts an approach to employ an experienced in-house team that provide support for clients from the inception of student developments, advising on design and specification, to mobilisation of new schemes whilst being built and full occupancy and high levels of customer service for existing operational assets. Prime Student living specialise in all aspects of site management including sales & marketing, customer service, and health & safety management.

Over the next five years, Prime Student Living intend to become one of Europe’s leading providers of student living.  In addition, Prime Student Living are working hard to provide their students with the most environmentally friendly accommodation with the goal to become the most energy efficient student accommodation provider.
